• To develop the village & arrest the erosion of its talents by providing skill & agro-tech activities through economically viable new occupations and modes of production with interaction between Science & Technology.

• To undertake adaptive efforts to mould the available technology according to the local condition and skill level and train youth, & women who could take it to the village.
